Hi,

I installed the Last Resort Launcher and I ran into a problem. Every time I use it to launch Swat 3, I get an error message saying "Direct X error DDER_GENERIC". Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Sorry for late reply.

Most likely it is caused by the movies included with the game.

Most likely fix is overwriting the movie files with re-encoded movies.
