Last Resort with Steam Overlay

Hi there, I was wondering if there is a way to make SWAT 3 with Last Resort work with Steam Overlay. I put the launcher into my Steam library but it doesn't work.

Hmm, I never have even tried using Steam with non-steam games. I have never understood the purpose.

I wonder if regular Swat 3 works with Steam overlay? If it does I suspect what you may need to do is run the Last Resort launcher manually and choose your settings. Hit "SAVE and QUIT" on the Launcher. Then use Steam to launch Swat 3 and in theory Steam shouldn't be able to tell that the game is modified.

The only problem with this is that some of the settings on the OTHER SETTINGS tab menu wouldn't work (such as skipping over intro movies, command line arguments, and console scripts).
