Ya know.... Replacing the bmp with a targa.

The game first searches for tga's then bmps when loading and applying textures for the map objects.

Ya, just confused me why you mentioned that.

Have you got the hack to work with the game executable? A simple hex edit hack?

We both tested it and the Targa hack works great!

Congrats to Copy-Cat and his lab partner (the artist formerly known as) Beckett.

I did a test of a 1024x512 .TGA file and it was 2mb in size. It was very sexy though.

Was preparing for the move to old OS, and I remembered not to trash the WC install just yet, because it is the exe that is hex edited to allow larger than 256 x 256 images, including targas. Did I also give you those offset values to put in the vault of knowledge? and shouldn't we be hosting the WC exe somewhere? I was thinking on the reunited site till a better solution arises.
